भैयाजी पत्नी के उत्पीड़न का केस चलेगा इनपर. अगर पत्नी ने इनकी FIR करवा दी तो धारा 498A के तहत केस चलेगा. मतलब पति या उसके रिश्तेदारों के हाथों पत्नी/बहू का उत्पीड़न. इसमें मानसिक और शारीरिक, दोनों उत्पीड़न शामिल होंगे.

इसके अलावा, लगेगी धारा 494. कानून के मुताबिक़ कोई आदमी या औरत एक पत्नी या पति के होते हुए दूसरी शादी नहीं कर सकते. पहले इनको पिछले पति या पत्नी से तलाक लेना होगा. चाहे कोई भी धर्म हो. इसलिए ‘सौतन लाने’ का आइडिया लॉन्ग टर्म में काम नहीं आएगा.

वैश्विक स्तर पर कच्चे तेल की कीमतों में लगातार हो रहे इजाफे से दबाव में आई मोदी सरकार ने तत्काल प्रभाव से पूरे देश में पेट्रोल और डीजल की कीमतों में 2.50 रुपये के कटौती का ऐलान किया है. ये ऐलान करते हुए वित्त मंत्री ने दावा किया कि इस राहत से केंद्र सरकार के राजस्व पर नुकसान नहीं होगा.

हालांकि जेटली ने कहा कि उपभोक्ताओं को वैश्विक स्तर पर निर्धारित हो रही विवशता को समझने की जरूरत है. यानी वित्त मंत्री ने साफ संकेत दिए कि उपभोक्ताओं को आने वाले दिनों में महंगे पेट्रोल-डीजल के लिए तैयार रहने की जरूरत है.

गौरतलब है कि वित्त मंत्रालय और पेट्रोलियम मंत्रालय के बीच पेट्रोल-डीजल की कीमतों को लेकर हुई अहम बैठक के बाद जेटली ने केन्द्र सरकार के खाते से 2.50 रुपये  की कटौती का ऐलान किया है. इस कटौती में 1.50 रुपये प्रति लीटर का बोझ केन्द्र सरकार पर पड़ेगा और 1 रुपये प्रति लीटर का बोझ ऑयल मार्केटिंग कंपनियों को उठाना पड़ेगा.

केंद्रीय वित्त मंत्री ने पेट्रोल-डीजल में 2.50 रुपये की कटौती का ऐलान करते हुए कहा कि आम आदमी को कम से  कम 5 रुपये प्रति लीटर की राहत तत्काल प्रभाव से पहुंचाई जा सकती है. जेटली ने कहा कि राज्य सरकारें पेट्रोल-डीजल पर एडवैलोरम टैक्स वसूलती हैं. और राज्यों का औसत टैक्स 29 फीसदी है. इसके चलते जैसे है अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर कच्चा तेल महंगा होता है राज्य सरकारों की कमाई में इजाफा होने लगता है.
